Our society is so negative so it is not hard to see why there are so many negative people in the world it make you counter productive and you will fail. There if very little difference in people that difference is your attitude. The big difference is whether your attitude is a positive or a negative attitude.

The best point to bring out here is that the most highly successful folks on our planet today know the extreme importance of keeping a positive attitude. It is said that the biggest disability a person can have in their life is a bad attitude. Here are 3 tips to helping you keep a positive attitude.

* You want to take the time to think of some thing that happened to you that was really funny or think of some thing that you enjoy doing that is really relaxing for yourself. These few things will start to be your key to change your bad attitude.

* When you feel down or upset. That is when you will focus your concentration on that one funny thing or that one thing that is relaxing to you. This will help to divert you negative attitude. You really need to allow yourself to feel in that moment allow yourself to laugh out loud or to yourself or to feel the relaxation. When you focus on some thing funny and laugh or feel happy you release chemicals in your brain that help to overcome the negativity and feeling down.

* If you find that you are always surrounded by negative people or environments then start changing you surroundings. Your surroundings help to set the pace for you and your life. Find new upbeat positive friends, join a social group or the YMCA.
When you apply this method to your life everyday you will notice that you are in a better attitude. If you recognize that you need a change in your life get a book or cd that can help you make those positive changes. You will be glad you did.
